Excellent product. Works well, easy to set up.
The best yet! These are now my 3rd try for a usable security camera system. And finally - these really do the job. What sold me to purchase was the E340 doorbell camera with the second camera viewing the floor area where packages would be delivered. Brilliant! Add to that a great sale - couldn't pass it up.* E340 doorbell camera works great. I have one on battery, the other on house doorbell power. I was able to use the internal contacts to trigger the normal house doorbell chimes - definite benefit. The down-looking second camera is perfect for those of us receiving many packages.* Solar-powered outdoor camera: These are great. The 4K color image is beautiful, even at night! Battery size seems sufficient to maintain constant100% charge .* Motion detection: Easy to set up, but powerful. Very easy to set the detection zone in the image. You can specify whether to identify humans or vehicles. This detection is AI-powered and seems quite accurate. You can even do a bit of training. It will show you a small image it has identified and ask you if it is correct. If not, it will ask you further info.* Solar power: The built-in solar cells are keeping my 2 outdoor cameras at 100% full time.* System setup: The hub is small and works very well.* Wi-Fi signal: The cameras connect readily to the house Wi-Fi with a strong signal. (My previous camera was sketchy, and prone to weak signal).

Great color night vision with very low light!
The media could not be loaded. The two photos at the left above show backyard and driveway in almost complete darkness. There was very low stray light above the fence and from the sky. I walked around in the areas and could hardly see where I was walking. You have 4 choices for night shots. Standard (ambient light), Daylight (brighter with a little light added), Spotlight (dual led lights with more power usage) and infrared night black and white vision. The other two photos of my front porch shows coverage of the entire front of the house with double cross coverage of my porch. I also have an older Euphy camera that looks straight across the porch into the street. Nothing gets onto my porch without getting a face and 360 degrees recording. Today I caught two loose neighbor dogs fertilizing my grass 🤬. Before these new cameras I was the janitor for cleanup with no idea about the source. These new Euphy S3 Pro cameras are awesome. They have a 135 degree viewing angle , 8X zoom, 4K video quality, AI recognition of faces, vehicles, pets, and other motion. They have large solar panels so they charge themselves if positioned in a sunny location and come with a solar panel or more if needed for cameras mounted in low light areas. The mounting hardware is improved and easier to position the cameras. The only dislike is that the mounting holes in the base of the camera mounting post need to be slotted. Drilling in bricks is very difficult to keep exact hole spacing since masonry drill bits try to wander when starting holes. There are a bunch of other features that are available also. Like periodic timed snapshots so you don’t need to continually record. Then play it back like a movie. The radar AND infrared motion detection is a great improvement. The radar finds a moving object and seems to turn on the motion detection to record. I don’t know if that is exactly what is happening but I do know that moving objects don’t slip by undetected, unlike my older Euphy cameras.Watch several videos before you buy them. They are pricy but you get a lot for your money. A set of cameras comes with the newest S380 home base. Upgradeable with a hard drive to get 16TB of data storage. These new cameras and improved Home Base are magnificent!! The best part is you don’t have to pay a fortune for a contractor to run cables all over place around the house to make them work. I installed my 4 cameras and Home Base in about 6 hours. (Brick drilling and masonry bit re-sharpening).The instructions are very clear and the cameras and Home Base link up to each other with a push button and tone. Easy peasy!

Professional Quality in a DIY product
Absolutely great quality in the product and in the video. Easy to install and relatively easy to set up. Lots of options after setup to fine tune the system to be exactly the way that you want it to be.

Good hardware, terrible firmware updates.
UPDATE:I removed another star. Now they are breaking the iOS app with their updates, not just the device firmware. Now the app is DESTROYING the battery on my phone. I can’t open parts of the app anymore. The app now stutters and freezes, while overheating my phone, making it horrifyingly hot, and it tears through like 10% of the battery in like 60 seconds.———————————————————I have the following eufy products set up together:HomeBase S380.Video Doorbell C31, Hardwired.Video Doorbell Add-On Chime. And four (4) eufyCam S3 Pro cameras. It has been a struggle for 3 months. It’s not easy getting the right video doorbell that actually works reliably, and locating all the equipment in places that connect well, and optimizing the home WiFi to appease the eufy products, and figuring out a safe combination of settings that keeps all the devices working reliably. But then I did finally have it all figured out and everything just worked pretty well. We were happy. And then Eufy comes along and automatically pushes a firmware update that breaks the video doorbell livestream feature. It works sometimes, except when you need it most, when someone is literally actually in front of the doorbell, and the HomeBase is processing motion footage for the cameras.Eufy support may be polite, but they are ultimately frustrating, useless, unhelpful. After months of back and forth they have refused to rollback the bad firmware update, and have not provided any idea of a root cause for what they may have broken. The only thing they ever want to do is send new hardware; they don’t even seem to understand or care which hardware they’re replacing. The video doorbell? Or the HomeBase? Uh sure whatever you want, as long as they can take some arbitrary action and shut you up while you wait a long time for the shipment of a box that’s identical to the box you have and will surely have exactly the same problem. I guess I could just play along and try it, but I have four cameras mounted on a high roof. Changing the HomeBase would be a job for the entire weekend, with dangerous ladders, and resyncing all cameras and all settings. That’s a huge effort, unless I can get some tiny reassurance that they even bothered to look at my logs to determine that a hardware fault is actually the root cause. So here I am, tinkering away again, moving the HomeBase around, tweaking the WiFi, playing with all the settings. I’ve disabled so many of the features that I like and paid good money for, just to prolong the amount of time I can keep the video doorbell stream usable before I need to trigger a carefully orchestrated restart of the doorbell first, and then the HomeBase. Again. For the thousandth time.
