I tried this when I first received it and didn't notice much, however, I wasn't having any issues.A few weeks later my restless legs at night returned with a vengeance. I tossed for a couple of hours with dread and misery, not able to go to sleep.In past experience very little has helped and if it did there was that long lapse in waiting for relief to come, if it did.I remembered this magnesium spray and thought what can it hurt... my legs are making me miserable.I shook the bottle, sprayed 3 sprays on the calves of both legs and rubbed it in. Went to wash my hands and then back to bed.To my pleasant surprise the results were nearly immediate.By the time I was back in bed, dreading the twitching and jerky spasms of my legs... they weren't there. My legs were calm! I had only used this a few minutes before and my legs felt fine!I fell off to sleep in no time with no problems during the night.I've only just used it once for this reason and am praying it wasn't a fluke, but am greatfully amazed at how quickly and thoroughly it eliminated the restless leg nightmare.Next I will try on overworked sore muscles elsewhere as needed.

I was having really bad muscle pain in my right shoulder blade for the past week. I had it sprayed on my back and lightly rubbed in and I immediately felt a huge difference with pain relief. I was shocked. It helped me a lot.

A little more oily than I would like in a magnesium spray but this is the best way to get a daily dose of magnesium in the body as it absorbs more quickly. This 4oz bottle does go a long way but the company may wish to add a larger size option.

Wasn’t sore how’s this work work but your skin just absorbs the needed magnesium that calms leg cramps pretty quickly. you are supposed to wash it off because salt is drying… but when the pain hours away & you fall asleep …Heck, judy wash it off in the morning & moisturize

I bought this because it is oil and will be good at concentrating on the feet to correct poor circulation on a senior member of my families feet!I tested it and it is a great product!

I purchased this spray to help relax back muscles before bed. As I have used several other products from this company, which were excellent!I have used internal magnesium supplements for years, and they have worked quite well.So I thought I’d give this one a try.My wife and I applied it according to directions, however within a few minutes both of us experienced skin irritation.The skin where it was applied, turned redish and became quite uncomfortable to the point that I took a washcloth with a small amount of bath soap and cleaned the product off of me and my wife.Once again, I commended this company on their other products however, this one did not work well for me or my wife.
