its ok but you have to upgrade it, lots of video on how to do that on youtube
it is definitely underpowered its suction is well below what you need even in my small shop. it's a lot quieter than a shop vac.

Very quite , brilliant suction just what I need for my small shop definitely would buy this again good quality but only with a 5 micron bag only good for the larger chips

Bad welding of the interior cover plate results in it scraping and wearing away the fan. Useless!
The media could not be loaded. Was impressed by its quietness but definitely not its power - then discovered probably why it does not have hardly any suction. Its unable to collect even sawdust from the floor, forget though a table saw. Possibly due to the badly assembled cover plate its bad bad bad. I chose this "oversized" extractor for my needs but even with a hose connected directly to the fan assembly does not have any suction to speak of. Contacted both the seller and the manufacturer and got no response to my proposal to send me a replacement cover plate. I even called the service department of the manufacturer who heard the noise over the phone of the fan hitting the cover plate. I was told to send an email. No response. Will now go for a "better" option - a domestic vacuum cleaner!
