The incubator was the second one I was impressed by its makeup as with the first one but unfortunately there was a smell of burning when turned on so I left it off until the day after switch on again and it blew up at the plug in so I was desperate for another so I ordered one this one seems ok Thanks I can use the first for spares you can't win all the time I would like to thank you for for the day after postage very good

We had a zero hatch rate on 12 chicken fertile eggs. We followed the instructions. It doesn't rotate the eggs properly. It does not regulate the humidity properly. I will need to buy another product.

I have set large maran eggs in the incubator. Not a lot of room between rows and had to carefully size select and position zigzag as they otherwise touch when rotating. If surface is not completely level i would imaging they end up together at one end of the roller. Defeats the object of automatic if you have to keep opening it up and disturbing the eggs and heat. Had to use a second incubator to complete. Hopefully will be ok. Would be great for small or medium sized eggs. Water evaporates quite quickly as went from 60% to 35% in 12-16 hours.

Incubator was ok , hatching quail eggs with manual settings didn't go as planned as the humidity wouldn't stay constant , ( too much fluctuation )

I had high hopes for this and it was ok but the rotator didnt work so had to manually turn the eggs which was a pain with having other incubators, returned for refund and bought another brand thats brilliant.

C’est ma première couveuse L’envoie et réception a été rapide Il y a bel et bien un mode d’emploi en français (youhou!) Elle est simple d’utilisation Et fait plutôt bien son job ! Elle bip s’il y a un soucis ce qui est tout de même pratique . Elle retourne bien les œufs Le système pour l’humidité est simple mais efficace Sur 6, 4 sont nés. L'un a arrêté son développement vers 3-4 jours, et l'autre vers la fin car je l'ai bousculé sans faire attention :( Sans ce petit incident, 5 sur 6 seraient nés . Pour une première, je trouve que cette couveuse m'a beaucoup aidé. J'ai juste eu du mal a faire monter le taux d'humidité a 70 malgré l'eau. J'aurai aimé avoir plus de conseils a ce sujet dans le mode d'emploie qui est pourtant déjà très bien fait.

This product is a waste of money very low hatch rate and the humidity is all over the place and the eggs all gathered together at 1 end and pushed each other off the rollers very disappointed

So far so good. Using the Styrofoam is essential, otherwise temperature gradient is significant. Use your own thermometer-hygrometer, I find this unit runs about a degree hotter than the readout. I use tinfoil to cover a section of the water reservoir to get the humidity down. I'm about a week in, will update if performance changes. 1yr update. Using this incubator again, I have my thermometers/hygrometers at egg level. They are reading about a degree less than the unit. Definitely need a secondary thermometer at egg level. The built in hygrometer is quite accurate to about 1-2%. There is a slight temperature differential between the outer sides of the unit and the middle (about 0.4 degrees F). I can keep all the eggs between 99.1-99.5 degrees. I added a small tray in the bottom to keep humidity at 45-50% and will add a larger tray for lockdown.

Bought one, worked great till turner motor stopped working, less than a year after buying it. I emailed the company and they took care of it immediately, will definitely buy another, great item and support team!
