love these disposable shoe inserts to keep feet /shoes from getting sweaty! Living in fla- mostly in sandals- but still wear mules and loafers- these inserts keep things fresh. two tips- 1) ordered smaller size- so no trim required- and wont show when wearing slides…2) has a sticky adhesive to hold in-place. As i like to swap out after few wears- i do not peel off entire backing… just stick in part… makes removal simple and still holds in position.

My shoe size is women’s 5 medium. These liners fit perfectly, but I needed them for sandals and the texture is too rough to walk in with bare feet. They are fine if you wear with a sock.

I really like them. They arereally thon and stay well in place.

The adhesive on these are fairly permanent and will leave a permanent sticky residue on your shoes.

Didn't know these things existed! Although I wear a bigger size, I went with the smaller size so it'll fit in my different shoes. Thick cushions and absorbs sweat fast. Doesn't feel wet and can reuse multiple times.
