Too small for me but the quality it's superb

I’ve had several items from SureYouLike, mostly shapewear, and I always like it. When these arrived, I won’t lie, I laughed! They looked way too small for my size 16 tummy to squeeze into, but I trust the brand so I gave it a go.They were actually the easiest shapewear I’ve ever put on. They slid over my lumps and bumps like they weren’t even there and felt extremely comfortable once on.Then came to hooking up the waist clincher - again, easy peasy. I did struggle to decide where it should sit, but then I figured it should be where it looked like it was most naturally designed to be. Sadly, this doesn’t quite cover my whole stomach, but the shorts do a good enough job of that.Overall, I’m happy with yet another decent pair of shapers from this brilliant brand, that understands the female body.I think I could have gone down a size, personally. I ordered 3XL as I’m a size 16, but if you’re a 14, I would consider ordering the size below.

These bodysuits do a great job of smoothing everything out and pulling in your waist, the hook and eye fasteners are nice and strong and the level of compression is high without being uncomfortable.

These are really comfortable shorts for shaping your bottom and tummy, the belt is adjustable ( using 3 sets of hook and eye fastenings), and what makes these better than some others is that the belt is attached so it won't move. There are also bars inside to help give you more support around your middle but you don't notice when you wear them. The shorts are made of a very stretchy material - they don't look anywhere near the right size when you get them out the packet, they look tiny, but give it a go and they fit on perfectly and feel nice and comfy, they don't feel like they squash you in, just help shape you a bit. Pretty effective actually depending on your shape. I would say they aren't quite so dramatically effective if you're already an hour glass shape like me because to have the right fitting shorts (size 10-12) means I already have to wear the belt on it's tightest - I would need the smallest size (6-8) for the belt to actually shape me any more around the middle, but that wouldn't fit the shorts. This is nothing new for me and exactly what I was expecting when I got these as there is quite a difference between waist size and bottom size, so it's not actually a problem with the product, they still look good, and depending on your shape these could look amazing.Having to wear the belt on the tightest setting means that there's a bit of a ridge where they fasten and it would show if I wore these with a tight dress, so that's something else to keep in mind, but with the right outfit they do look good.They feel well made and they wash absolutely fine.For a pack of 2 I think they're very good value for money too.

what I like about this is that it feels nice when you have on. when you want to put on the dress it gives a nice feger.

I’ve not been able to try these on yet because I’m not quite there for this size, I’m on a weight loss journey and have gone from a uk size 24/26 and currently at a size 14, constantly losing weight so wanted to get some shape/supportive underwear to hold everything in nice and firmly when wearing certain clothing and to make me feel and look good in what I’m wearing. So over this past year I’ve tried many different types of support wear and have found that for me I prefer the high waist and longer leg, this one stood out to me because of the added feature of a corset style hook and loop system for added support and to give a nicer shape, so I can’t wait to get into these ones next, will upload photos as soon as I can.I have noticed the great quality of materials used and the way it’s been made in its knitted design around the lower tummy area and the bum for a good lift, very much like the shape leggings I have, so I can tell these are going to give great results holding my loose skin in place and giving amazing shape.One thing I think these would benefit is by having the silicone non roll grip around the bottom of the legs, this is always a problem I find with many of these control shorts, but I will be back to let you know.Nice pull on and then do up the hook and loop extra pull you in at the waist corset banding.I will say that these are a brilliant price for two pairs! £24.99 on purchase date
