These sleep patches definitely work! Awesome value for the money and they are super easy to use and apply to your body. They smell great and actually have calming effect. Unlike a lot of other sleep products, I never have woken up groggy or overwhelmed by any of the ingredients including melatonin. I actually wake up feeling refreshed. Definitely will buy more again.

I ordered these because Amazon was out of the Yetaim sleep patches, which I had been using for some time because they worked with no problems. I used several of this brand with no problem, but on about the fifth one broke out in a bad rash exactly where I had placed it. The rash is exactly the size and shape of the patch. I threw the rest away.

I slept so good while using these. They have all natural ingredients, and worked sooo much better than other patches without natural ingredients. They stayed in place all night. And they are so much smaller than than other brands . I’m buying my second package now!

I am reordering these because they work so well. I put one on my wrist and I fall right to sleep and feel great the next morning. Would definitely recommend.

When I first started using these patches, I was not allergic to them. They seem to have changed the formula for the "upgraded" version, or started using adhesive like TENS pads ( which I'm highly allergic to). Now I get a terrible rash using these patches, like with TENS pads. It takes about 2 weeks to go away after using the patch only one night. I miss the "downgraded" original formula and adhesive. I also tried sticking the patch to my clothing (to if it was just the adhesive), with only the top side pressed against my skin, still has a bright red prefect circle rash by morning, but a little less severe. Either way, I can no longer use these patches.However, if I didn't have a severe skin reaction to the patches now, they do work well in terms of relaxing me and helping me sleep.

At first, the patches didn’t seem to help me either get to sleep or stay asleep. But, because I read to keep using them at least two weeks before judging them, I kept at it. After all, I had them already delivered so what would I lose? Now, into the third week, I believe they are helping some. They are still slow in getting me to sleep, but at least I’m sleeping at least 4-5 hours before the clock goes off. Now, I’m trying to remember to apply the patch at least three hours before I go to bed, and that seems to help. I plan to continue using them for at least a month before making a final judgement.

I bought these because my sleep is horrible! I used them before and then stopped. I should have never stopped because they really do work. The packaging is great as well and the patches are pretty which is a plus! They are small which is convenient. They don’t irritate my skin either! Very cost effective and I will keep buying.
