Remember what your mother told you!
A sharp knife is a revelation but remember what your mother told you about not cutting toward any part of yourself! Well made (it should be for the price) and easy to clean. You need to keep it carefully - you can buy special magnetic edge protectors from Global but I don't recommend you do that as they are sort of plastic that is still quite smelly after 2 months.

Good knife
I own the Global chef's knife which I love. The handle on this one is very thin which I wasn't expecting but it is, as you would expect, super sharp and easy to use.
