Not bad but the software and plugins...
Got it and returned as I stumbled upon a major drawback. The software and plugins require the internet and they state that one day they can withdraw it. Another thing is that to change some of the parameters you need to buy a set of software synths and then again - it may work for decades, it may be withdrawn... Hard to say. What you get is a midi console and mediocre key bed. Not bad for a starter but then... You may end up without the plugins one day. I don't know. People like it so... Maybe it's just me.

Disappointing in comparison to the older Mk 2 machine
I also have a Keylab 49 Mk 2, the Mk 3 is extremely disappointing in comparison. The keyboard feel & touch is not on the same par as the Mk 2, the Mk 3 feels cheaper, tinier, and the main dial knob feels very flimsy. The main complaint is that the black keys are wider than the Mk 2 and it’s difficult to get your fingers between them. It also only has 12 pads instead of the 16 on the Mk 2.Wouldn’t recommend in comparison to the Mk 2.

Customer service lacking.
Rotary knob didn't work and an email to customer service solved nothing. It's a shame as it's an impressive piece of kit and good value.
