These have made a big difference in my energy. I really like that I only have to take them once a day! I like them so much that I have subscribed to them. I find them very easy to swallow and I take them when I am eating so there's not an issue with them upsetting my stomach. I did some research before I ordered these and I feel the quality of ingredients make them worth what I am paying for them.

I love the daily multivitamin for women, has a lot of good nutrients that we are missing out on. I have noticed improvement in my hair and skin with this!

Excellent product good smell and size stomach upset

I have been taking these vitamins almost 2 weeks. I love the way I have been feeling! Energy has been more stable and I'm sleeping better. Sadly I don't think my skin is agreeing with something in them. I am not having an allergic reaction as others have had. My face has just started to break out. I've never had acne prone skin and this is the only thing in my diet / skin care routine that has changed.

Can’t believe how cheap these are! I’m on my second bottle and i can tell when I’ve forgotten to take them as I feel a bit sluggish. These help with energy, my skin looks more ‘glowy’ and I tend to be in a more chipper mood. Another awesome plus to these are the extra Ingredients specifically for women’s health; cranberry being one less supplement To worry about.

I read all the reviews on this product before I purchased. I personally did not have the unwanted energy boost the others had (or any energy boost/decline at all), I do not think they have a bad taste or an after taste. They are large, and you have to take two. The highlighter color urine is true, this is from the B vitamin. It will vary for each person. So far the vitamins are great, will update this review over the next few weeks. So far so good. I don't see any issues with the vitamins, they're affordable and packed with supplements.

This is JUST what i needed. Noticeable changes: No midday work fatigue Urinated more and pushed off water weight Nail growth More energy (but not the high then crash type other supplements give you) Sugar cravings decreased I made the mistake of taking it too late in the day once or twice and had too much energy and couldnt got o sleep that evening, so DEFINITELY tale it in the morning with breakfast. Drink ALOT of water. The first urine after taking it was a highlighter yellow color but then dissipated throughout the day to more transparent clearness. Do not expect supplements to work 100% on their own without making other healthy changss such as getting sleep, eating a balanced meal and getting in some activity. I chose this multi vitamin because it has higer dosage of chromium (150mcg) thats good for regulating blood sugar and breaking down insulin
