This design looks nice, but the tiny air release holes clog up, and the air escape system is overcomplicated, air is forced though the tiny holes into a second chamber in the lid, problem is air is still trapped in the second chamber causing the guacamole to brown very quickly around the edge where the holes exist, also guacamole goes into the holes and requires you to disassemble the lid to clean out the second chamber which has multiple gaskets and seals, I got the progressive prepworks ProKeeper instead, much easier to use and a more effect simple design
