Gaiam Restore Resistance Band Stretching

I wasn't sure I would like the hoops but I found I do use them especially if my muscles are very sore or tight. They used a strap similar to this as an aide during post surgery recovery to help a person get out of bed, lift their leg, and for safety guard against falls. It is a strong strap and I can get deep stretches with the hamstrings and other major muscles in my arm and legs. I keep it by the couch and will use it while reading or watching tv.

Was searching for a nice band or strap just to aid my yoga/pilates/stretching moves, but this one is way more than that. It's got little foot/hand pocket spaces in it that make holding on super easy with different resistance levels, all in one item. You can slip your hand or foot into whichever loops you like and stretch that way, or you can just put the whole band over your foot and do it that way. For your arms, hold the farthest ends for a gentle stretch, or moves your hands in closer to the middle for strength building. Very cool tool. And, it's long enough to accommodate anyone's reach or intention. As with most Gaiam products, reasonably priced, too. Super nice way to complete my yoga/Pilates set up!

This strap is great for stretching. Made with quality materials, has a great design and is very sturdy. I also love the color. It’s Also not too heavy so you can pack it and travel with it as well!

I needed an elastic band for some yoga flex and deeper stretching and this seemed to fit the bill. It’s an elastic band, what could be that great or bad, right? The extra segments are a clever way to add resistance or change how to stretch and flex, and I appreciate that this adds some extra value in what was otherwise just a simple need. Easy to hold and use, the material has decent pliability, and it works well for my needs.

This inexpensive band combined with a YouTube stretching video has significantly improved my back pain. Only takes 5 minutes or less of stretching for it to work. I highly recommend this.

This Gaiam band is great. It is easy to use. Currently I use it to stretch my hamstrings. It is very helpful and easy to tuck in my bag to take to the gym. Gaiam products seem to hold up well and take a beating. I am glad I bought this stretching band!
