I don't think so, but they make a temp tattoo paper for lasers so I would use it instead knowing i would get a better result

No, they do not. They work on metal, wood and other hard surfaces.

Q: At what temperature does the top later soften? Can I send this paper after printing through a foil laminator at 250F?

As thin and fragile as it is I would guess not. I wouldn’t even point a blow dryer in its direction.
