the power bank has pretty cheap grade batteries inside and the associated circuitry isn't trustworthy either. sometimes it will show full charge just after 15min and sometimes it will go from full to zero after just few min of use. the charge level indicator on device can't be trusted and i wont recommend this for taking along in a journey or as a backup.lately the power bank simply shows zero level (even when its full) and fails to provide power. i have to then momentarily connect it to a charger to 'jolt' it back to reality, after which it starts working. highly risky to take it as a travel companion.i hv a xiaomi 10000mah powerbank which has been working flawlessly for past 3yrs. pay and go for an established reputed brand. avoid this garbage.

Its a faulty product. It did not work even for a month. There is a 6 month warranty but impossible to get support as there is no link for warranty support. Amazon cheating customers

Not Charging!, Not even used once used yo charge any device. The 3 dot light, charging indicator, not showing either.The CrickeTech - actual Seller hasling me every now and then for this vdo that vdo, this that size etc. To explain the problem.Whats the heck, I have spent over 10 hrs to get replaced the malfunctioning product.Amazon sold me for 600 Rs. Now they have tossed to the manufacturer, who is troubling me.

Smart and handling easy nice product

False advertising it's only 5000mah.Not worth to buy if you need 10000mah. Capacity, battery life weight ,speed, performance ,value,not fast

The media could not be loaded. This power bank is bad. It is getting discharged automatically even after full charge. Even after complaining to customer care, I did not get any help. I was thinking that Amazon products are good and value for money but my experience with it was very bad. We had ordered two power banks but within 15 days both the power banks got damaged.😡😡Just saying, the company provides warranty but I did not get any help from customer care
