Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's a little on the sweet side but I ran it past my trainer who has a master's in nutrition and he said there's no junk stuff in it. I water it down a little and add extra ice and only drink it when I really need a pick me up

Advertised as a low sugar, real fruit, health drink. But it had sucralose in it, which is toxic. If I wanted to order a sucralose drink, I would go to the local 7 Eleven and order a Monster or Noss, not amazon speciality products. I can not drink products with sucralose in it. The artificial sweetener, sucralose, has the potential to damage the binding elements in intestinal cells, causing the gut to become leaky. This is not a health drink.

It feels good to know that it’s very healthy while drinking it

The drink itself is great, but the delivery was extremely poor. Half the cans were damaged.

The taste of this is fantastic and I have replaced my morning coffees with this drink. The caffeine is a perfect get started level. Highly recommend.

When the product is good, it’s excellent — great taste and effective energy boost. However, quality control is a recurring problem. Roughly one out of every two or three cans has a sour taste and off-putting smell, making it undrinkable. I’ve experienced this consistently across more than six 12-packs ordered from Amazon, GNC, and Huel’s own website. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated issue. When I contacted Huel’s support, they asked for details from the defective cans to investigate, but offered no refund or credit. That response, paired with the frequency of the issue, makes it hard to justify continuing with the product. It’s disappointing, because the formula is strong — but the reliability just isn’t there.
