The HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 Pro 46mm is hands down the best smartwatch I have ever owned. it looks truly premium, luxurious feel that looks and wears like a high-end traditional watch, while the stunning bright display is crisp and beautiful even in direct sunlight. Battery life is simply phenomenal, I’m easily getting 12 to 14 days of use with heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and regular workouts, which is a gamechanger compared to other smartwatches. The health and fitness features are incredibly accurate, particularly the GPS, heart rate monitoring, and the new ECG function. Whether I’m running, hiking, swimming, or playing golf, this watch tracks everything with impressive precision. It’s also surprisingly lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear. The GT 5 Pro feels like a perfect blend of style, durability, and advanced technology.if you're looking for a top-tier smartwatch that doesn’t need charging every few days, this is the one. Absolutely outstanding in every way. Very highly recommended. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

I was looking for a smart watch to replace my Galaxy 5Pro - it's the first time I'm buying a Huawei watch but I have to admit I'm impressed. Brilliant design, very nice fit and comfortable strap. A bit on the big side, but I knew that before ordering it and I really like it. Great clarity on the display and top standards for protection from water and dust, but the biggest positive and unique selling point for me is the battery life. When you move from charging your watch every third day into an almost two-week autonomy (closer to 10-12 day realistically when you make the most of your watch), you can't help but notice the difference. Pairing with the Huawei Health app is effortless and straightforward (not a Huawei mobile phone user personally) and it offers very good functions for monitoring health and training activities. Plenty of watch faces to choose from as well, although most of them are not free. The watch is a big success for me, fully covers MY needs and more - my only critisism could be the limited options for apps (which I don't mind personally as I don't need more than what's on offer) and the availability (and price) of replacement original straps. Five stars for me, an experiment that paid off!

This is my 5th Huawei watch. Though they're still not as advanced as Apple or Samsung watches I'll cut straight through that with two words - battery life. I don't want a smartwatch that needs charging every day or every other day. The Apple and Samsung ones don't offer compelling enough features to put up with crap battery life. Starting off with the construction of this version - like my GT Pro 3, it's built incredibly well. I work in a technical environment and it's not the best for a regular smart watch like the non pro version or those from above brands, those wouldn't take the knocks and scrapes the GT Pros do. on my GT Pro 3 I'd need a microscope to find the chips on the edge of the screen and it took some pretty hard donks over 2 years! A testament to Sapphire glass, titanium and ceramic! The screen brightness is more than good enough. I can stand out in direct sunlight and still read a fairly complicated face with small text . The buttons work great, the crown that works as a scrollwheel is brilliant as is the lower button that doubles as a ECG sensor. The features for the watch cover everything I need. This version even has the ability to type responses to messages (granted - it's fidgety) which can be very useful when I'm not in the same room as the phone. The core stat tracking is excellent - step measuring is very tight, as is heart rate monitoring. The ECG and SpO2 functionality are ok, like all smartwatches they're limited, as is the sleep tracking, though it's much better than the GT2 and GT3 Pro. The This is the first Huawei watch I have with contactless payments - Yes! NFC payments are possible in the UK using Curve pay, installed on the host phone, then watch. using it takes a couple of seconds, but I can go out without a phone now. Also, it's brilliant to have as music player - the actual player on the watch is basic, but can be set up with playlists and can hold 200 songs (as mine does). It also stores local maps to help with training. I don't often answer calls through the watch, but it works well in a quiet environment when you've left your phone in another room. I wear these watches for days at a time, swapping straps (which is easy) and charging them about once every 10 days. They're very comfortable. The supplied strap is great, and there's a massive choice on Amazon. The second part of this review regards the Huawei health app, which is where their prime connectivity to the phone is handled - it's not bad, but it's on a downward trend as more paywalls and subscription features are plunked in front of you at frequent intervals throughout the week. It used to be brilliant. Metrics were stored in a simple format you could look over historical data easily. That has got lagged with a more cumbersome interface. The watch face store leans heavily on you paying VIP to access the premium faces. Even the damn sleep music that I can have an Alexa play free Huawei charge for it. Also, unless you like being nagged - you'll need to trim down the notifications from the app itself if you're not training daily or it pesters you, almost to the point of harassment. If you get your steps in, it generally is happy, but will make a point of telling you to fill out your three rings. Though there's still ample functionality from the app - it's far worse than its previous iterations and I'd like to see that cleaned up for more separation of prime health tracking function from store functions. Summary - would I recommend these watches? Yep! Even with the caveat being that the app isn't great (hence 4 stars not 5), but I certainly can live with it, and certainly at the price they ask.

The app could be better, but the actual watch is is quality materials. It looks and feels brilliant. The biggest bug is that the free faces aren't great and the ones that are you have to buy up £4.99 face.

Had this watch GT5 pro for just over a week now and I love it. Got lots of health features, loads of different workouts and plenty of watch faces to choose from. I’ve just stuck to the free faces and there are still so many. The face is clear and bright. It charges really quickly and with everything switched on I charged again 5 days later when it was still at 20%. Coming from an Apple Watch Series 6 The battery life such a welcome. You can’t use NFC to pay with your watch and you can’t text back. Neither of these was a deal breaker for and I am more than happy with this watch. Works recommend this to anyone. Thanks

I purchased this watch a year ago after much deliberation and can decidedly say I am content with my purchase. It tracks sleep well apart from some nights. I have enjoyed the ai running plans on the watch. Although I wish they were distance based and not time based. I'd rather it say run 8km vs run for 45 minutes. GPS signal on it is very good. My wrists are quite slender and I have found the watch getting uncomfortable after a while. I'll have to buy a smaller watch next time. The heart rate sensor on this watch is very inconsistent for me, every so often it will show incorrect heart rates that I know for a fact are incorrect. I was running a 5k race all out and it said my heart rate was in zone 3 for the whole run. Could just be a fault with my watch but something to think about. The battery life is amazing I'm consistently get upwards of 11 days its the best thing about the watch for me. Screen is nice and bright so easy to read. The huawei app is good when they're not trying to sell you something and giving me notifications to turn on my step counter on my phone which I DONT WANT TO DO. Seriously every other day I go on the app and it pops up with "turn on the step counter" after I've said no so many times. This is my first smart watch so I don't really have anything to compare it to but next time I'll go for something smaller. Its a solid watch and if you don't mind some of the mild annoyances then fine, get it. But I wouldn't take the risk if having an accurate heart rate is a priority. I'm personally going to buy the forerunner 265s as it has spotify and other features. No music apps on huawei is a bit of a bummer i know you can download songs but its too much of a hassle. I thought it'd be fine but I realised I wanna run without my phone on me.

I purchaced this Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro after having got rid of other so called "Flag Ship" smart watches due to poor battery life and not living up to the hype! They have been from reputable manufacturers like Samsung, but couldn't bear having to charge it every day, sometimes even more. I have had this Huawei watch now, for 2 weeks and can say, I absolutely love it. It's the best smart watch I have ever owned. It is a beautiful looking watch, and very well built. I have had many comments asking what sort of watch it is. I can say I honestly this is a fantastic watch, with literally hundreds of watch faces, some paid for but many free ones. You can become a Huawei VIP for a little amount of money, and get them all free. I can't praise this watch enough. I am sure you will love it to. I am so impressed with it, I am going to purchase the silver version. Buy one, I'm sure you won't regret it!

Schöne SmartWatch mit sinnvollen Funktionen. Die App ist etwas unübersichtlich. Guter Tragekomfort. Akkulaufzeit hervorragend. Das Aufladen geht sehr fix. Wer die VIP- Funktionen nicht benötigt kann sich das Geld auch sparen.

lite krånglig app, hadde en amazfit tidigare och den var tydligare i appen, är lite missnöjd, att jag valde den här beror på den långa batteritiden, ca 14 dagar, tittade på samsung eftersom jag har en telefon av det märket, tyvärr så har deras telefoner katastrofalt dålig batteritid
