This massager is great for legs and arms but if you are alone & need to do your back it is kind of hard to use because it’s hard to hold it in place. It charges fast and with its multiple patterns. The price is reasonable and will last a very long time

This massager is good at relaxing muscles. There are several strengths and modes to choose from. I like the seventh one the most. I hope it can be made into a hammering mode in the future. Each hammer head can be more flexible. This one is not very heavy. I will use it to massage after exercise.
