I've always worked out but hitting menopause I had this stubborn pooch and hot flashes like crazy, my joints hurt and low energy. I really liked this supplement, I felt a huge boost in energy, joint pain was reduced and an overall feeling better. I also take other supplements with these. I take another beef organ supplement, but they are not the female organs. Again adding this to my supplements routine was a good choice, but unfortunately I won't be purchasing them again. The cost of them went up drastically and I'm not about to pay that much. All in all I'd recommend them if you can afford it. I took one star off only because of the fact that the price got jacked up so high.

I’m going to be honest. Very honest. I got these because I was looking for a more potent option to Primal Queen, and these are stronger. I was sold on the “less painful periods” and after taking 4 per day (instead of 3) for 3 weeks, my first period lasted 3 days and I only had slight discomfort. I have PCOS and endometriosis so my periods are ROUGH!! To have a 3 day period virtually painless has been incredible!!! On top of that, I have messed up hormones from 16 years birth control, which might be causing the fertility issues but definitely have caused “dryness” down there and no drive for intimacy. My sister said she has to wear panty liners because of normal every day/nightly discharge but I never had anything other than my period. I never knew what she was talking about until NOW! I have to wear panty liners 4 weeks in because of normal daily/nightly discharge and for the first time since I was in college I am getting NATURALLY LUBRICATED with a you-know-what drive!!! It’s INSANE the effect of taking these for a month! My second bottles arrived tomorrow and I’m hoping that the regulation of my hormones and girl parts results in a baby soon too!!! Will update!!

At first, I didn't think these were doing anything; but over time I realized my periods were becoming less of a hassle when I was taking these supplements. My cramps weren't as severe and my energy wasn't as low. I didn't think they had a taste to them.

Not sure if it was just my skin being sensitive or there's too much in these but I had bumps all over my skin while taking this and even worse acne. After I stopped it all went away!
