I have purchased 5 of these and given them as gifts as well as gotten a couple of family and friends. They are great and feel awesome. Allows for some darkness, very mild pressure and coolness.

Works wonderfully. It's cool enough for me without even putting it in the fridge. I haven't tried heating it yet. My pregnant sister had a migraine so bad she couldn't open her eyes, when she asked me for Tylenol I suggested she try my migraine cap. Within an hour she called me to tell me it worked great and she wanted one also. So I immediately ordered her one.It's comfortable, affordable and provides almost instant relief. We love it.

The concept of this is great. In my experience it did not hold the cold for long. It did initially relieve the pain. But once the cold wore off the pain returned, not as strong but still there. I have given this as a gift but have not heard if it was helpful. I welcome any relief from my headaches so I will not rule this out as an option. it fit well and gave immediate relief. I would recommend this, but with stipulations of not necessarily achieving elimination of headache.

This has provided me with so much relief when migraines hit I could not be more grateful for finding this. Definitely store it in a ziplock to help with getting weird freezer smell on it. Stays quite cold for a long time as well. The material is pretty soft and silky and has a bit of compression to it.

I purchased this as a gift for someone and it was a hit. I have one personally and it really helps with migraines. It is super comfortable. You can use it for headaches, helping to sleep, migraines or to even help with hangovers. It is really durable, you can use it as many times as you want and stick it back in the freezer whenever you want to give it the cooling effect again. Similar to a reusable ice pack. It does offer compression so it is tight, but you can also just lay it on your head if you'd like.

This is a literal game changer! The pressure feels wonderful and helps to block out more light. The coolness of it on its own is good for headaches.I will say that refrigeration makes the cooling effect stronger (obviously) and feels great except on my eyes. They do end up getting a bit too cold. I’ve resorted to covering my eyes with cotton rounds and then putting on the cap if it’s been refrigerated.

This cap saved my day! It hugs my head real good and cools me down fast. I get migraine headaches and it relieves them immediately. BUT, the other day I was working on the yard and I got overheated. I came in the house and put this cap on and I think it saved my life. It is very well made and to explain how it feels, it is made of memory foam type material - like the gel on the keyboard wrist supports. Got one for my boys!
