This mobile phone has provided very poor service. Within just 7 weeks of use, the buttons started malfunctioning and the phone became slow and frequently hangs. I bought it from abroad for my father, and I never expected it to be this bad. Two years ago, I also bought another Nokia phone from Lulu Hypermarket, and it had the same issues. Therefore, I would advise customers to avoid this product.
