Amazing scent. I was in a store and picked up the sillage on another patron and had to ask her what she was wearing. I ordered it right away, and it's my go-to scent. It's only slightly sweet, not cloying. It seems to last well, and it can be worn every day. For a quality perfume it's not too high priced. It will garner compliments, and my guess is that anyone could wear it.

Without doubt the 5-ounce bottle of La Vie Est Belle EDP I received is genuine. The bottle is beautiful, very heavy and of obvious quality. The only drawback: the large size, angular shape and sheer weight make it hard to hold at the correct angle to spray; those with arthritic hands (or weak biceps) might consider a smaller size. This is no defect of the product - just something I didn’t anticipate. The different-sized bottles are refillable, which is great.The scent is strong, multi-faceted and lingering - no need to re-apply later in the day. I’m not sure how much I love the actual fragrance, which opens with an intense floral-musky jolt. But after a couple of hours it mellows into a warmer, more vanilla-tinged but still assertively floral scent that I’m increasingly enjoying. It seems to improve with each wearing. I live far from shops where I can try on perfume before purchase so this was a blind buy.It’s a fact that even high-quality perfume sometimes continues to develop weeks or months after it’s been opened and can become more rounded and full. This process is called maceration and might possibly be happening here - again, not a fault of the perfume. It could just reflect the high sales volume due to its popularity, so bottles don’t get a chance to age at all before being sold.I’m not knocking the quality at all. It’s obviously real, complex and full. This is personal preference - I just tend to prefer green, less-sweet chypre perfumes. But I continue to wear it and it’s growing on me.

I absolutely adore the scent of this Lancome' perfume. It is not a subtle perfume, so if you prefer a perfume that is; this is NOT for you. It lasts all day, so resprays are barely needed; which makes it last longer. The scent is a warm, gourmand, sweet vanilla, patchouli, and morrocan ,with a touch of what reminds me of Lagerfeld for men; which I also like.It's been one of my favorites for 5 years now and I always get compliments when I wear it. It's pricey, but it's worth it. Indulge and treat yourself to this fine Lancome scent.

OMG! I was excited reading the reviews. I came from TikTok and this was the recommended scent for women, and I was intrigued because of the A+ recommendation from all. So I took the dive, ordered it here because reviews said it was authentic, and here we are. THE REVIEWS DO NOT DO THIS SCENT JUSTICE! I am turning 40 this year, I have worn alien by Thierry Mugler in my 20's, Burberry Brit for her in my early 30's, Light Blue by Dolci and Gabana, but this scent blows them all out of the water. I cannot believe how I smell after one spray on my neck. This is magic potion, I'm convinced. It has so many layers and tones, to anyone on the fence about ordering, do it, regardless of your skins scent, it will blend into it, work with it, and transform you into a nasal wonderland, I promise. Five million stars is my true rating.
