Great antenna and customer service
When hurricane Milton knocked my antenna off of my house, I contacted the company to see if I could get a replacement part. They don't have replacement parts and my antenna was out of the warranty. They offered to give me a 50% discount if I purchased another antenna. This is a great antenna and they stood behind their offer. It was fairly quick and easy and my new antenna is up and running. I appreciate the customer service and I am glad I have the same antenna.

Performs As Promised / Great Price, Warranty and Customer Service
To be clear, I haven't done the final install yet; I've only hooked it up inside as directed, for a test run, and obviously haven't had it that long, so keep that in mind, re the following comments: first, in just doing research on Pingbingding's OTA antenna products, as always, before I buy any product, I read many of the reviews from purchasers/customers, and noticed a very high rate of satisfaction. It's very impressive. From there I contacted the company and I would soon find out one of the main reasons for the positive feedback, and that's CUSTOMER SERVICE. In the 21st century, as we all know, it's a frustrating experience just to try and get of a hold of a "human being" in customer service; not so with Pingbingding. Communication, via e-mail was expeditious, very informative and most attentive to my questions. At that point, with all my questions answered, all the positive feedback, great pricing, I placed my order. To my surprise, the pingbingding Outdoor TV Antenna Digital Antenna 150 Mile Motorized 360 Degree Rotation Support 2 TVs - Mounting Pole & 40FT RG6 Coax Cable - Wireless Remote Control - UHF/VHF - Snap-On Installation showed up the next day. I immediately assembled it and hooked it up to our HD TV. I had already programmed channels from another (indoor) antenna, so I didn't need to do that initial step. I turned the antenna on, and then proceeded to verify that the remote control for rotating the antenna worked properly–it did. From there I rotated the antenna to the general direction of where most of the towers are, in our area. All of the channels scanned from the previous (indoor) antenna came in as expected. At that point I did a -new- scan with the Pingbingding antenna and it picked up 60 stations in a static position. We live in a mobile home, and I have to say, that I was impressed in receiving that many channels, including all of our local HD channels with crystal clarity.Looking at the maps of available channels in our general area, I know we will receive well over a 100 channels when the antenna is in its proper location, at the peak of our gabled roof. From a business standpoint, I was impressed with the packaging and compact size of the antenna. Form a consumer perspective it was very easy to assemble and the instructions were very clear. With all that in mind, this isn't your grandfather's TV antenna; it's not bullet proof and it's very lightweight. On the flip-side, it only cost $46.00; however, I am wondering about its longevity, but am comforted by a two year warranty and a company that cares about their customer's satisfaction and their enthusiasm to make sure it's obtained. We will be reducing our Uverse bill, by removing the local channel option and that in itself will more then pay for the antenna. I do highly recommend this product and two of my neighbors will be purchasing one.Cheers,Astute Consumer

It works well enough but don't be fooled by the 150 mile rating.
We have Spectrum cable and the sports broadcasts they give us are all crap quality wise (signal compression I believe). I was looking for a better picture quality that didn't make player's heads "fuzzy" when they move.I got this antenna to put outdoors. The one I used to have in my attic worked some of the time but never consistently. It couldn't get FOX at all and so when it finally stopped working completely I decided to put one outdoors. It is all plastic construction with exception of the aluminium antenna rods. I'm not sure how long it will last on the west side of my house with the wind and rain we get coming across the open field at times but that was the only place I could put it and not detract from the appearance of our home. The manual clearly states to only hand tighten the connections as using a wrench against the plastic mountings would definitely break it.It snaps together fairly easily. I tested the rotor motor out before mounting it. Everything worked as designed. Somebody in one of the reviews mentioned slop or backlash in the rotating motor and their antenna would wobble back and forth in the wind a couple of inches. I measured mine and there is indeed about 1/8" of slop or backlash in the gears of the rotor motor. When measured at the outer edges of the antennas, that equates to about 1" of movement back and forth of the antenna. I have not watched anything yet when it's been windy out to see if that will be a problem for me or not. I would think the farther you are away from the point of broadcast the more it might influence the picture on a windy day.I am 16 miles from the local TV antennas. I get a very crisp picture on both the UHF and the VHF frequencies. So much better than cable. Sports look amazing now. My antenna is mounted at the top of my roof right at 14 feet high to the antenna. I tried getting channels from the next town over but I was not able to pull them in. I went to the FCC's web page to find out what compass bearing to aim my antenna so I know I was pointing at them. The whole "150 mile range" of this is a joke. While it may be able to pull in stations from that far away, their chart which comes in the manual states that your antenna would have to be 150 feet in the air to be able to receive from that far away. The next town's towers are 60 miles away from me. According to their chart my antenna would have to be about 30 feet high. That's not going to happen without a tower on the side of my house and the wife already said that was a definite "no". I got the antenna with the rotating head so I could aim it towards several different towns but as of now it looks like I could have just bought a static one as I won't be rotating it (plus a static antenna wouldn't have rotor backlash and so would be more stable in the wind). For some reason I pictured the included mast as being taller than it is. It clearly states the length but I missed that part. I was able to get it to clear the roof as you can see in my pictures but not by a whole lot. The rotor rotates about 355 degrees. So when you set it up, realize you can't go all the way around and plan accordingly.Everything I needed to mount this is included. You get lag screws for wood, really good anchors for mortar and nuts/bolts for mounting to metal or wood. So they have you pretty well covered that way. The 40 foot length of RG6 was just enough to tie this into my outdoor cable junction box. I added a grounding plug and a surge protector (not included) to the line for added protection from lightening. I then ran new lines from the outdoor junction box to the antenna control box inside the garage and then cables from that to separate TVs. I'd say it was worth the price I paid. ($52)As for the time to install it, between finding a piece of cedar in my barn, cutting it to shape, two coats of stain to match the house, putting the antenna together, running lines from outside to inside the house to separate TV's, I spent 6-8 hours but I am happy with the results and the look. (Not too obscene)I would recommend this product at this price point but not higher.
