I was recommended magnesium and riboflavin for migraines.Turns out it helped with my migraines, my constipation, and leg cramps now that I am pregnant! My anxiety seemed to also disappear...amazing what supplements can do.It's also supposed to help with sleep but I've never had any issues with sleep.I bought these in July 2020 and now it's April 2021 and I'm only just now buying another bottle. Great value. It works.(it will create looser stools, but for me that was a plus. This type of mag isn't super "bioavailable" so it doesn't absorb as well as others types like mag citrate. Again, it's a plus for me though. )

I like these because the pills are more solid than the previous brand I used. Magnesium Oxide pills tend to be powdery. These do not break down. Great improvement.

Always a quality product. Delivery on time. Pills are all intact - no crumbled or powdery pills at the bottom, easy to swallow, do the job my Dr. wants done.

Since I'm on a low salt diet, I get horrible leg cramps or back cramps. My doctor said to add Magnesium to my daily routine. My daughter-in-law said this product is the one that she takes. I tried a bottle and I have to say that 90% of my muscle cramps are gone. Love this product.
