I bought two of these to try out and went back and bought four more. They do a great job of holding paint AND making the front facing labels visible to you. The are pretty wobbly if you just slot them together, but with some patience and some wood glue, they're very sturdy. And they hold a lot of paint pots. Each row holds: 11 Citadel paint pots or 12 Monument Hobbies pots or 11 Turbo Dork large/wide pots or 14 Turbo Dork small/narrow pots (if you squeeze, 13 with some space) or 15 Duncan Rhodes Two Thin Coats Academy pots or 14 Army Painter pots The shelves are angled so that you can fit the taller pots (Monument, Turbo Dork, Army Painter, Two Thin Coats, etc) on all the shelves. The bulky Turbo Dork pots are a little annoying to get to on the lower shelves, especially if they're tightly packed, but it's not impossible. And most of the other tall pots are pretty easy to take out and put back. They're not stackable, but they do come with a wall mounting option if you want to free up more space on your hobby station. Highly recommended.

I'm setting up a closet work/paint station in my new house. Picked up a few of the Proscale racks. Overall pretty happy with them. These racks are sturdy once assembled. Unlike the dropper style ones, you could get away with not gluing these as the fronts snap in and hold the rack together, however, I still added a little glue. For assembly, I suggest getting some clips or masking tape to hold the parts together. I've included a picture of my assembly of the dropper bottle style racks (did not take a picture of this one). I put these together after the dropper style ones and I was able to assemble and glue both of these in about 20 minutes. These racks are an easy recommend for me. They save space by moving your paints and supplies off your desk. Assembly suggestions, 1. Use something to hold the parts together while building 2. You really don't need to glue this rack up, but I still added some for extra stability. 3. Do not glue the back mount on to the rack. I used mine as a template for mounting and it's easier to install and remove them this way. Gravity holds it in place.

Pretty cool so far, I managed to build it pretty easy and I'm usually pretty incompetent at building things so if I can do it easily you can too! Just remember some white glue and with a little thought your good to go. So far it feels pretty sturdy and I managed to fit 47 paints on it in total. One caveat I would just mention is that Vallejo and Army painter paints only fit on the very top shelf, They are a bit too tall for the other lower shelves. Granted the item description say for citadel so not a big surprise there just thought it should be mentioned. But if it stays sturdy for a while I might even try to paint the stand itself up a little just to personalize it.

I am not giving this 5 stars because I thought the photos online were a bit deceiving. Other than the top shelf, the spacing is too short for most hobby paint bottles - specifically Vallejo, store craft paints, etc. It is an okay size for Tamiya 10ml bottles or the spprox. size. I am using it for some loose Model Master paints and the square Testors paints. The assemlby was not great - it is rickety and needs wood glue or super glue to assure that it won't fall apart. Sliding the "bottoms" of each shelf into the upright part was a very tight squeeze, I used wood glue to act as a lube to get the slots to fit. I do like the narrowness of the rack and have it on my desk top, I do not plan to hang it on the wall although that is an option. I use other shelves for all my Tamiya and AV paints.

Great way to hold and store your model paints so you can easily see the color you are looking for. Being a vertical rack, it takes up a very small amount of space on your workbench. Recommend gluing it together, if not it is a little bit wobbly. Would recommend to any modeler out there.

I was expecting this to be somewhat ok quality, and for the price I got what I was wanting. I ordered 2 of these. The pictures of the product make it look a lot more appealing, but upon assembly I've determined it's just a bit ugly. If you're just using it to organize your paint collection, I would say it doesn't matter much, but for 16 dollars and also looking a bit bad, it's reasonable to expect paying 20-25 for 2, rather than 32+. A bit of black spray paint fixed the issue completely. I'd order again if it went on sale and my paint collection gets too big, but realistically speaking this isn't great value, even being a cheap option, if you're concerned for any appearances. If you can store your paints in a drawer, just do that. Order this only if you MUST get them off your desk and the drawers are packed. Other than that, it's not flimsy, the fit of the components and assembly is good if you don't assemble it like an idiot, and it gets the job done.

Ich habe mir vor einem Monat eines der Regale gekauft, um meine Acrylfarben ordentlich zu lagern. Habe sie davor entweder auf dem Schreibtisch oder in Kartons gelagert, was einfach extrem unordentlich war. Meiner Meinung nach, ist das das beste Design für Farbregale: man kann es entweder an der Wand aufhängen, oder auf den Tisch stellen, aber es nimmt in der Tiefe keinen Platz auf der Arbeitsfläche weg, wie viele der anderen Lösungen für Farbregale. Die Regale sind super schnell aufgebaut und halten auch ohne Holzleim recht fest. Ich habe aber alle Verbindungen verleimt, um mir keine Sorgen über die Stabilität machen zu müssen. Was man wissen sollte: wenn eine Reihe voll ist (14 Fläschchen à 17/18 ml), muss man manchmal etwas fummeln, um die Fläschchen raus zu bekommen - auf dem Bild ist gut zu erkennen, dass die Deckel hinter der Rückwand der Reihe eins weiter oben herausragen. Durch den leicht abgeschrägten Boden rutschen sie dann manchmal zurück, wenn man die Flasche nicht auf einmal raus bekommt. Das ist aber kein wirkliches Problem und ich nehme das gerne in Kauf, wenn dafür ein Kompromiss aus Höhe und tiefe gefunden wird, der sehr platzsparend ist. Bin so begeistert, dass ich frisch ein zweites Regal gekauft habe und eine passende Auswahl an Farben, um es zu füllen. Gefährlich, denn es gibt ja auch den billigeren Deal mit zwei Regalen auf einmal… Ich will gar nicht wissen, welches Farbset ich als Nächstes ins Auge fasse 😅

At first glance I thought oh,, okay,,, but once I assembled them and painted it I was very happy, all the pieces fitted together perfectly, I just set a square up to the side and some super glue all done!! I'm using 30ml dropper bottles and I couldn't believe how well they looked "perfect"

Cheap, sturdy enough, nicely fits citadel paints & also army painter (with a bit of fiddling ...) Went together without a problem, just one tray was a bit loos, filled it with a piece of toothpick & glued everything with wood glue. Sturdy as a rock now. Would recommend, will buy more.
