I absolutely love the flavors and quality of the ingredients. I've used a few of Flav City's products in the past and I was happy to see a variety pack to test out other flavors. These are fantastic for everyone in the family. My daughter brings these to basketball and softball practices and tosses them into water bottles easily to jazz up her water and give her a much needed boost. My husband has been using these more frequently than I would like after he had hip surgery. He says they help tremendously with leg cramping and hydration. Wonderful product!

Great taste and pretty great ingredients. There’s no sketchy ingredients or “natural flavors.” no sugar, it’s sweetened with stevia leaf extract. It does take a little while to dissolve in water, so I just make it 10 minutes before I’m ready to drink it. No chalky texture or residue.

These ARE great. They do hydrate. They do not bloat me like other brands. Sometimes I add 1TBL of apple cider vinegar and the strong taste of the ACV is masked well. IT IS harder to mix like other reviews have said. I usually have settled particles in the bottom no matter how much I’ve mixed it. That feels wasteful BUT they work good and are clean so that outweighs the little waste for me.

I’ve looked for years to find an electrolyte drink that actually taste good and boy this one is the best I’ve ever had. Every flavor is delicious. The only thing I recommend is when you drink the fruit punch and the lemon limeTo add just a little bit more water to it I think I do around 16 ounces with those two and I do 8 ounces of water with the other flavors. These are absolutely delicious. They actually hydrate you. They have all the minerals you need to be hydrated, the liquid IV is trash compared to these electrolytes. I have vertigo which makes me very dizzy and ever since I have been drinking these every single day I have not had one spell. . These are absolutely delish. But overly salty almost like a cocktail.

I have been drinking the Flav City Electrolytes for a couple years. I love that they don’t have fake sugar!! Taste is good & they help hydrate in a clean manner. I pre-mix a couple bottles with room temp water to help the powder dissolve, then put it in the fridge. No texture issues like that. Def shake in a bottle if on the go and you only have cold water. Not a fan of the Fruit punch flavor at all which is a lot of the bag. Overall great quality product and effective.

I like this a lot , and have tried many hydration powders before but was looking for a healthier option . I love this because it’s mild , and not sweet yet it has good flavor .I would give it 5 stars but it is very pricey . That part is giving it the 1 less star . lol
