Thank goodness!
I purchased this product last week. I waited until the weekend to take it as I am always Leery of taking iron supplements because of the dreadful side effects I have had in the past. I took it after I had dinner on Saturday evening with my fingers crossed! Iām pleased to say I have had NO SIDE EFFECTS whatsoever! Definitely is true to its word about being gentle iron!

True to the label, it is gentle on the stomach and does not cause constipation. Useful for when you can't get enough iron from your food on a particular day but not something I would take everyday

Functional translucent bottle.
