I would NOT recommend this pan
I would NOT recommend this pan. The pan arrived with a logo sticker directly in the center. I could not remove it so I soaked the pan. It rusted immediately inside and out. I did not use this pan. However, I made paella in another pan and enjoyed the rice and other products that were part of the package.
