It reminds me of a sticky caramel texture but has the color of dark chocolate. It doesn't taste like either. It has a unique flavor. If you are unable to tolerate the flavor, just add it to your coffee or tea. It easily melts and you won't taste a thing. But! You will begin to feel the difference within 15 minutes. It gave me more energy and helped me with focusing. The quality is good and it values well for the price. It is worth trying.

I’ve tried many different forms of shilijit resin. I feel they definitely add something to this to make it taste better. The effects are the same as the purer resins I’ve tried. The cost is much lower than those other brands. My only concern with this brand is the purity and then am I taking in unnecessary metals because it’s not purified. I don’t see it in any of their packaging. I will continue to use this because the effects are good and it’s less expensive
