I used this for the first time yesterday! It is what everyone who grills needs. I was preparing a pork loin. I was able to cut it in half and prepare it with dry rub, and carry it to the grill all in one tub without making a huge mess. Typically I would use a cutting board, and 2 large cookie sheets for this. It is large, durable, and a great value as well as saves me from washing a lot of dishes. I especially love the integrated cutting board. I think it may have been one of the best purchases I made all year.

This tub can also be used for prep of many foods.This is the XLarge version and can handle an entire turkey or a large brisket. I have one for myself and loved it so I ordered as a gift for my son-in-law.Easy to use, clean and store due to being collapsible, yet sturdy when in use. It has a hard cutting board bottom that makes this a great tool.

Christmas gift for my grown son who is learning about smoking meats. Perfect for seasoning or marinating, carrying to the grill, bringing back in, letting the meat rest and then makes a great cutting board because the well will hold so much of the juices - more than any cutting board we've ever owned. And it folds down to store easily so my daughter-in-law isn't mad at me, lol!

He used it for ribs the first weekend, and cleanup was a breeze—no more messy counters or juggling trays. Lets be honest though, it was as much a gift for me as my husband as there is a lot less mess :)

Works great for dry rubs and cutting the meat on the cutting board. It didn't with as well on brining the roast. It collapsed when I tried to put the lid on.

My husband loves to smoke meat. My brother has a food truck and is always smoking different meat for different events that he goes to. My dad has an outfitting business and has a large smoker that he uses often for his clients. I bought these for all of the men in my life and they absolutely love them. Great quality, easy cleanup, and my husband never lets me get away with cutting the meat before it rests so the bag that I bought to go with this set up is so awesome and much easier than putting the meat in a cooler to rest.
