100% would recommend - I was apprehensive because a lot of these things are never as you expect them but the whole design is excellent for nighttime soothing, feeding and nappy changes. It’s portable (fits in my dressing gown pocket) has different brightness levels, is easy to use and good value for money. I’m using it for my newborn of 1 week and alongside soft baby music, he rests more soundly.

Bought this for travel as I hate it when you can’t get low lighting for reading in a hotel room, or the level of lighting that you’d like, my husband and I often move the lights around or put them below the bedside tables as they’re normally too bright, it’s also perfect for reading at home I can have it quite low and close to me and sometimes fall asleep with it on and it’s not bright enough to wake my husband up. You can just flip it over and it turns off. It’s a really nice ‘squidgy’ texture and fits in hand luggage easily. I read some reviews on some cheaper products but picked this as thought it would be better and no regrets charge lasts for ages too. This would also be a lovely gift for a new mum and the packaging is cool. Could also be used for kids as a night light I expect, so lots of uses for it. I’ve recommended it to a number of friends

This is such an ingenious product! Use it every night whilst nursing my baby boy. The light brightness is adjustable and I love the idea of just flipping it over to turn it on and off. Battery lasts a while, as I don’t have it on for too long at a time

So useful for night feeding, easy to use, great small and compact size not taking up too much space on night stand.

Had a few night lights in the past, but this is by far the best one! Very ergonomic to hold, lightweight and intuitive to use, with the long press to change brightness - long battery life and is USB charged. Broad brightness level which is ideal for use in the middle of the night when even the lowest level can seem bright. Fits easily in my pj pocket too, which is handy if I’m moving round the house!

I obtained the Cotabaty Baby Night Light in order to have a soft light on the bedside table, sufficient to find anything on the table and to give enough light for my nightly bathroom visits but not so bright as to wake me more than necessary. It comes in a little compact brown box with a USB charging cable and an orange booklet containing the simple instructions.It is very soft and egg-shaped, thus having no rough edges that could hurt a toddler. It is simple to press at the centre of the top to turn on and to increase or decrease the brightness by just pressing still at the top through all the intensities. Flipping the light upside down will turn it off or you just tap the centre three times to turn it off. I choose the former method since I have found that these touch-switches sometimes work and sometimes do not and I do not want the switch to wear out even earlier than often happens. I appreciate that the booklet gives the time needed to charge the light i.e. 1.5 hours, a little piece of information often lacking. As yet, I have not needed to charge it.My only criticism about its construction is that the dust cover over the charging port hangs on a thin thread. In my experience, such a thread can push against the plastic part of the cable which could eventually break the port. So, I have cut off the dust cover to avoid this happening. After all, I can just gently remove the dust from time to time.My other criticism is its price as I find it expensive for what it is.However, it is a charming, simple light which is easy to operate and does not have a remote control with lots of buttons requiring the user, when half-asleep, to find and operate the correct button. I am deducting 1 star for its high price and the weakness of the dust cover. 4 stars.

This is one of my go to item atm. It’s easy to carry as it’s size is small and battery life lasts for very long time. It has different setting of brightness which is so useful during night feds and change. Perfect for new mom and does its job
