Does it kill roaches?

No I haven't caught any roaches in it I think its more for fly insects rather than crawling insects

Will this product work on carpet beetles?

I have caught flys and knats with the product. There is a blue light that draws the flying insects to the glue pad on the light plugin. Don't know about carpet beetles.

Why is it better than Safer Home SH502?

If you want a trap for bugs and you want safer home trap, buy it, I bought the Veyofly. It works for me!

Does this work with Australian outlets/plugs?

I have no idea, it plugs in to the USA outlets. My opinion, it doesn’t work anyways
