The description sounded risk-free. Amazon is usually wonderful about returning items. Why not try, right? Wrong. I used my first patch last night, following their instructions to the letter. I could tell immediately that they had an odor, but it was not a chemical order, more like an essential oil odor, but not a light, flowery or gingery or pleasant (to me) smell. I woke up in the night with my head FILLED with the smell, and that was the end of my sleep. I immediately got online to return the item and it's not returnable. WHAT?? I read how other people had a dickens of a time getting in touch with the company for a refund. I read the entire product description, twice, and still didn't see anything about "all sales final". Maybe I'm just stupid or blind, but I still don't see it. I'm willing to take down this review, or modify it, if I can get a refund. Hers is a separate order, shipped to a different state. Am I going to have to do this twice if she doesn't like hers? I told her about my experience, and if she didn't open her package she could send it back and it would be resellable. I've wasted $20 ($40 if my child doesn't like it) before, but I would have appreciated knowing the risk before spending the money.
