Nice and thick and rich
Add this to a bean chilli and improve it 500 %. Also good for gravy, soups. It's collagen rich. Buy this instead of those weird powders. Add it to your food like in the old days.

Low salt beef stock
There is far too much salt in food and if you are looking to reduce the amount this is a great stock. It is a great stock whether salt is an issue or not of course and it is great as I freeze it and it is there when I need it.

Good ingredients, a bit lacking in flavour
If I am to ever buy such a product again it would be this one. Clean ingredients and nice gelatineous texture. I know this is low salt but was a bit disappointed by the lack of other flavor: bay leaf, peppercorn, etc. My favorite soup is pho and I was hoping to use it for that but I will need to add a lot of my own additional flavors. Good though and I polished off the whole bag with a bit of sliced roast beef and soy sauce and garlic powder added. Have one more and will enjoy it too.
