Very impressed!
I had both ears full of hardened wax. In the past I have used drug store ear drops and it required 48 hours of soaking with multiple applications for each ear. I also had to put cotton in my ears to keep the oil type drops in my ear which basically left me deaf. It did work after that period of time but was a big hassle. This product is much faster working. I used one tube in one ear at a time then waited one half hour while lying down with that ear up. After that time I did the flush out with warm water. I do have a better pump spray type flushing gadget than the included bulb but I have used them successfully in the past as well. With the aid of my sweetheart, I then did the flushing along with gentle use of an ear wax removal scoop and was able to remove the entire plug on each side, one at a time. I'll attach a photo of some of the wax that I got from each ear with the tip of my finger to show scale.

Patience pays off.
Yes. It was affective. But not gonna work on the first try. But precedence pays off. Enjoy!

Requires multiple uses to take effect
I had a recent physical exam for employment purposes, and the Dr noted that there is a lot of ear wax in one of my ears. He mentioned it wasn't a big deal, but to make sure I schedule an ENT appointment if I start having hearing issues. Sure enough, a few weeks later I started feeling a blockage in my ear and I was hearing muffled. I did some reading and bought these drops hoping it would fix my issue without having to take a day off from work. First time I tried them, a lot of ear wax came off. But I was still hearing muffled. Second day, some more earwax came off, but still hearing muffled. Third day, same thing. I then stopped using them and made an appointment with the ENT. A few days later though, I tried the drops one more time and left them on for about 45 minutes, and voila! I was able to hear again. I had almost given up on the drops, but it turns out that it requires multiple days of drops for them to work. I'll be applying them about once a month just to keep from accumulating ear wax.

Buy this FIRST
I have the ear endoscope (which I tried first and failed to unblock the clog) so I can confirm this washes the ear canal pretty much completely clean after being clogged so bad I had hearing loss. After letting the product settle for 45 min, the ear is pretty clogged (like full of liquid feeling). I took a warm shower and flushed repeatedly (not too deep in the ear, more like just getting flow) with warm water until my ear was clean and hearing completely restored. It was a long process for me, but definitely a life saving product. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends with ear wax issues.

Pretty effective but way overpriced and hard to use.
This product does seem to work, but it is way too expensive an comes in a tiny bottle that must add to cost per oz. (Fraction of oz, really, as that is all there is.) The bottle does not have a common and inexpensive dropper cap; instead it has a proprietary 'ear dropper' that allows almost all of the compound to run out as the dropper is removed from the bottle. It also does not seem to reach the bottom of the bottle, as when the liquid gets low it picks up nothing. Even when full what it picks up runs out into the bottle (or all over elsewhere) as the dropper is removed from the bottle. If they simply had a dropper cap I would have given it 4 stars (reduced from 5 because of its price). It's almost as if the product is designed to be spilled and wasted so consumers will buy more. (I did not reviiew the squeeze bulb here.)

It's official
I have an 8 year old son. I seen a build up in his ears. Im a man, I was ready to get whatever I could to dig out the wax. I did not want ti pop an ear drum or hurt my boy. I ordered this product and used it the same day. Worked 💯 percent. I highly recommend to parents. 10 out of 10

Make sure you check the box seal carefully…
Make sure you check the box seal carefully . When I received it, I noticed two seals where one opens the box - a white one and a clear one. It didn’t look suspicious but was odd to see two so I decided to peel them off separately instead of just cutting through them as I normally do to open boxes. Once I removed the top clear one, the white one was left - still just looked like a white seal. When I peeled off the white one, the sticker had the words “Void” in letter cutouts 3 times on the sticker. Looking this up, it indicated the package had been opened. I will not be using this box of Earwax MD and am returning it. Just writing to encourage people to look carefully at the seal. If I hadn’t peeled off the white one, I never would have seen the white VOID cutout. Ps. In the 2nd photo i included the second clear seal.

Best product on the market!
I have used a lot of ear cleaning products in my life time. No products out there will completely dissolve your ear wax, so get the idea out of your head that you will be able to just dissolve the cerumen plug (conglomerate of ear wax blocking your auditory canal). I have tried the elephant ear washing kit alone by itself. Yeah it may get the cerumen plug out, but it can also cause vertigo and possibly rupture your ear drum. Trying to scrape the ear wax out with a tool is also dangerous. It’s very easy to scrape and cut the inside of your ear canal, which can result in an infection. Also many times people just end up pushing the cerumen plug in further. So what then should I use? The best way for me is to soften up the cerumen plug, and use a bulb to syringe it out with warm water. Of the ingredients out there to dissolve cerumen plugs, sodium bicarbonate is the best. It works better than hydrogen peroxide. You just need to avoid over using the product because it can change the ph in your ear and increase your risk of swimmers ear. I always use earwax MD because they are the only ones who use sodium bicarbonate.
