This phillo dough was perfect! I made a kullaj out of it and it cooked up perfectly, was kind of hard to peel apart, but I managed. I will be getting this again!

I used this product for spanakopita. It was fantastic. The outer layers were somewhat dry or slightly dry and tore but I was still able to use them. There are 44 very delicate thin sheets. It is likely meant for baklava, but it worked fantastically well for my recipe. I highly recommend that you buy this. Wonderful consistency and taste!

They're really nice, but bear in mind, they're tissue paper thin so its hard to try and just peel one back. You can do it, but its not easy. I tended to peel back two/three at a time b/c it was easier, and I really didn't need just one tissue paper thin piece to make vegan spinach pies. I'd buy them again when I run out. I keep what I dont use in the freezer, then remove a few hours before I need them.

It is ok. Just not moist enough! Once you take it out from fridge, it’s breaking apart easily. Couldn’t get the whole piece recipe done. Have to puzzle them together to get my dish done. Would hope it be more fresh or moist

This dough was very papery, it broke into pieces where it was folded and around the edges, and the flavor was disappointing. What a terrible waste of all my other baklava ingredients. I do not recommend.

I can't say that I was very hopeful about the performance of this product when I bought it. It was way above my expectations. All the slices came out of the package without any damage, it was sent nicely packaged. And it was delicious. I will definitely order it again.
