Outstanding lock and even better support — they made a motor failure painless Review: We bought this ONNAIS RV door lock on Amazon about a year and a half ago and really liked it from the start. It is a high-quality, solid lock, and locking and unlocking with the keypad and fobs is convenient on the road. After a time we started having trouble locking and unlocking. Support diagnosed a motor failure. We emailed a couple of times and they were wonderful — patient, clear, and actually helpful. They sent us a new lock and had it waiting at one of our stopovers so we did not have to wait until we got home. The replacement was easy to install and program. It took about 30 minutes. The new lock feels just as well built as the first one, and it has been working great. What stands out most is ONNAIS support. A lot of companies disappear after the sale. These people followed through, shipped a replacement where we needed it, and treated us like customers they wanted to keep. That kind of service is rare. If you want a quality keyless RV lock and a company that stands behind it, this is an easy five stars.

I purchased this lock for our reflection fifth wheel. After installing the lock it worked perfectly for about two weeks then the deadbolt locking mechanism stopped working. I contacted their customer support. They responded immediately. They had me answer a few questions and send them a video. When it was clear the lock was not working they sent me a new lock which arrived within two days. No one likes it when you buy a product and it doesn’t work as expected, but having the good customer support and rapid response made the difference. The new lock is in place and is functioning normally with no problems.

Excellent door lock. Love the simplicity of it and the keyless entry. It was super simple to install and program, just follow the instructions or the online video. So far it seems very durable and made of good quality material. It works much better than the factory lock that came with the camper, our door shuts and locks with the first try every time. It was priced right on Prime Day but even at regular price I think it is worth it!

I purchased a different model from a different company and it only lasted a couple of years and I see they are no longer selling them here - I’m not surprised. The keypad really was not good. But this review is for this particular keyless entry. On the plus side, the buttons are considerably better than the other model. I also love that you can lock the inside buttons - which is necessary to prevent accidental reprogramming through accidental pressing. On the other hand, I do wish that there was a WiFi component so that you could program it with an app and unlock / lock remotely. But for the models that are currently available, this is a good one - I can recommend it.

I installed this ONNAIS RV door lock on my new truck camper. It is a major improvement in both convenience and security. (Believe it or not, the key that opens the manufacturer-supplied lock on your RV probably also opens one out of every three door locks in your campground. Not cool.) Installation is straightforward as long as your RV manufacturer hasn't done something weird with your door, like gluing the original door latch to it with adhesive or not cutting the opening in the edge of the door wrong. (Both have happened to me.) The whole process of removing the existing lock, replacing it with the ONNAIS lock, and programming the remotes probably took 30 minutes, not counting the one hour round trip to pick up a set of four lithium AA batteries. It seems odd that batteries are not included, but no manufacturer is going to include lithium ones anyway. They're your best option because they not only last longer but perform much better than normal alkaline AAs in cold weather. Operation is also straightforward. You can use either of the two key fobs to make getting in and out of your RV as simple as getting in and out of your vehicle. But you don't have to carry the fobs, which seem unnecessarily large. You can just use the keypad. That is what I do. It is great being able to leave the RV with nothing key-related in my pockets. The number pad lights up nicely in the dark, and optionally beeps with each key press. Finally, you can use an actual physical key to open the lock. This key is integrated into the fob and is critical to have available outside of your RV because it is your only way in if the batteries powering your door lock die. In terms of security, this ONNAIS lock gets high marks. It relies on robust metal construction. The keypad uses all ten digits, not just 5 or 8, and allows codes up to 10 digits long (not 32 as claimed by ONNAIS). No one is going to be able to work their way through every possible code until they figure out the one you're using. (Believe it or not, this is possible with some of these locks.) ONNAIS also rejects the tiny RV-style key in favor of the larger residential style used in home door locks. This isn't perfect. I would guess it is still vulnerable to bump keys. But it is a huge improvement over typical RV keys. The rubber keypad itself seems robust. Time will tell how it wears in the elements but nothing about it seems destined to fail. That said, the keypad is the one aspect of this lock that has given my trouble. Not every press is registered every time. When you can hear the beep, you know if a key press was registered and can repeat the keystroke if it wasn't. But in even moderately loud environments, I struggle to hear the beep. I'd say about a third of the time I have to enter my code a second time. Of course, this is a non-issue if you use the key fob for entry. The bottom line is that this lock works great. It is an easy upgrade that is worth every penny. If not for the inconsistent operation of the keypad, it would get five stars. And even considering this little annoyance, it is easy to recommend.

Finally got rid of keyed entry and locking and unlocking my RV door. Works just as the manufacturer advertised it. I can walk up to my RV while at home when not traveling and enter my code to unlock and one push of the button to lock back up. The W007B is their newest version. The only draw back is it only locks with the deadbolt. The spring latch does not lock as it did with the factory door lock. Very simple to install. I had to use a file to clean up around the door hole so the door lock assembly would slip in. Perfect fit, tight and snug in the door. There was some reviews that mentioned the inside lock knob was interfering with the screen door slide cover. Might vary on some models, but mine was able to slide over the handle to close. I did go to the manufacturers video instructions to thoroughly understand installation and setup and paring the key fobs along with setting your personal keypad code. Very easy after referring back to the video as the installation progressed. 100% satisfied with this purchase.

I ordered this as a two pack due to having two doors on my camper. Both were packed separately in their own respective boxes. I installed the first one and it was fairly simple and I was excited to see that I have the option of programming the remotes that came with for both doors on one key fob. After opening the second box, I discovered that the second system only had numbers one through eight on the keypad where the first system had numbers one through nine and also zero, which I thought was quite odd in opening the little boxes for the key fobs for that second system, I found that they only had the option for one of the locks to be programmed to it unlike the first one that had two. I thought for sure. This definitely was a mistake because you would think you would need the same numbers on both keypads due to programming reasons because if you wanted to use a nine or a zero in your programming, you cannot use it on the second keypad, making it a very odd situation. I did reach out to the seller and apparently that is how the set comes as two different models. I asked for a reasoning why they would come in that manner, but they did not really have a logical reason for it, but I thought others should be aware if they are planning on buying these as a set. I have not installed the second one yet but so far I do like the one I have installed, though the screw holes for the end plate do not lineup, but this has not kept from the door closing properly or being able to lock the door I’m hoping to try and see if it aligns better closer to springtime temperatures.

We really enjoy the convenience of our remote keypad lock. The company is also very responsive if you customer service. They truly stand behind their product. From Quality, value and the convenient keyless operations, this is a step above any other weather resistance product that I have researched.
