This Hamper was something really special. I knew I wanted a wine and cheese hamper as a Christmas present and after narrowing down my search options I found this beauty. After I placed my order the customer service was outstanding, asking if I wanted the item straight away or if I wanted it at a later date so the product would be as fresh as possible. When the item arrived (on the date agreed too), I opened it up to make sure it would be ok and I was impressed to say the least. The packaging and presentation of the hamper was wonderful, I could tell a lot of thought and care had gone into this and I couldn't wait to give the for Christmas. The recipient of the gift even commented on who unique and special it was too, which I knew meant a lot coming from the person it did. If you're thinking on buying a hamper for someone or even yourself I would look no further. It's right here!

My son in law loved this and is of great choice and a perfect gift for anyone

I bought this as a present for my daughter and it is a lovely gift. However, I think it is a very expensive way to give a gift as I feel I could have made up this gift myself for less money. I cannot find this wine any more expensive than around £11-12 per bottle and the cheeses around £8 each. Since I can't believe the jar of chutney and oatcakes cost £25, even with the packaging, I feel this is a very expensive gift.

Ordered a Christmas Hamper as a last minute present, was promised it by Christmas Eve, it came practically the next day. The crackers were broken, told them, replacements arrived the next day. The hamper came well presented with a gift card. Excellent customer service, would definitely use again!

The view on website is very misleading it shows a glass and luxury gift box it was a cardboard Box very disappointing

Fabulous product and an incredibly helpful company. There was an issue with delivery (not their fault) and the team dealt with the problem really effectively.
