It's always a punt, buying stuff online, and relying on whether reviews are 'factual', or 'fanciful'.I bought an initial pack of 3 pairs a few months ago, just to see how they faired really. The price seemed reasonable, similarly the reviews, but most importantly, as I have bi-lateral neuropathy in my feet, the socks were designed to be supportive in areas that would help with that.They arrived well packaged, and upon opening felt decent quality. The test of course is how they would wear, did they stay put, how would they wash, and would they continually 'shed' the fluffy stuff that only becomes apparent when they've been worn.In a nutshell....They are very comfy from first putting on, they wash well and full retain their shape, and (joy of joys!), the heel part stays where the heel part should be, and not half way up your calf...!I've tried countless different makes of socks, different manufacturers, and different styles.Quite honestly, these socks are probably the best (price, quality, style and design) I've had.So much so, I've ordered another 3 pairs, and binned all the other ones I had.Oh, and the annoying 'fluff shedding' is very minimal.

Not thick enough to be actual walking socks, although they are supportive. Might need to double sock for them to be fully effective.

Got these for my son who's doing the Duke of Edinburgh Award. He says the socks are really comfortable. He was walking a good 6 hours in new boots and he says his feet are great!
