Very comfortable to wear and size and height are perfect not only to wear but also to pack on your carry on due to the shape. The item doesn’t loose its shape after the amount of packing and unpacking it from its little pouch. It is always soft and fluffy. It is washer safe as well which makes it easy to clean.

I absolutely love my Flow Zoom memory foam travel pillow! It fits well with just a button for your size. Supports neck. It is not too high in the back. Very comfortable when I lean my head to the side a bit. Easy to travel with. I like the travel bag to make it more compact if needed.

Nice and soft and fits nicely. Only thing is there’s no button to snap to when rolling it back up to keep it closed securely to put into the travel pouch. When looking at the directions card on how to roll and pack it that’s where I noticed mine didn’t have the button to snap the strap to.

I’m a side/ stomach sleeper, so sleeping on a plane is really hard. This supports my neck and head in a way that makes it possible. They are easy to keep in their carrier case and not bulky.

Works decently well, but clasp on bag broke on my first use. Wouldn't buy again. Also rather difficult to get back in travel bag.

Love this. It’s easy to pack up and put away. The case keeps its compact and clean and it’s comfortable. I’m short to often my neck hits in a weird spot on head rest so can’t use neck pillows but this is soft and conforming so it’s perfect for me.

My husband needed a neck pillow for a trip. This one was perfect. It’s comfortable and fits well in a bag. He was able to sleep well with it on. He tried a few others and liked the feel of this best.

Immediate return. Do not get if you are a smaller person or have a smaller neck.My chin and mouth fell into the hole even at the tightest setting.I got a reply after contacting customer service. While a smaller version is in development, this current version is too big. I thought to ask a local tailor to move the rivet for the buckle so that it could be tighter…however the walls of the hole area will cut circulation to your neck.Additionally the pillow is not firm enough to support your head. This is important during plane turbulence.Nice idea to make the back more thin.But more r&d is needed. I recommend this company uses both firm and medium density foam instead of memory foam. I recommend they make it more adjustable for different sized people.*i dont recommend this pillow*
