Marrex MX-G10 MKII is a GPS receiver designed for Canon DSLR cameras. It is very useful for photographers to manage the mages. With this device you can find out when, where and why a particular photo was taken. When the device is connected to the camera and the GPS position is successfully located, the GPS data (length, width, altitude and coordinated world time) are recorded as EXIF data. A built-in 3-axis compass determines the shooting direction. When the GPS signal is lost, it will automatically reuse the last valid GPS information for the current photo. The device has a high-sensitivity antenna and current GPS chipset. A built-in battery allows up to 6 hours of continuous operation. The logger function stores the routes. Logger activation or deactivation is only possible via USB on PC / Laptop / Tablet. When the logger function is enabled, the device will record GPS information every 5 seconds in .log (txt), .gpx, and .kml (Google Earth) files stored in the built-in memory. The device is recognized as a removable drive (Win 7, 8, 10). After the installation of Google Earth (Internet / free) you can open kml. files. The Google Earth map then opens automatically and displays the recorded track. The capacity of the built-in memory is 4.35 MB. This allows the recording of up to 85,376 GPS points.Compatibility: Canon 1DX, 1DC, 5DMark III, 5DS, 5DS-R, 6D, 7D, 70D, 77D, 80D, 100D, 650D, 700D, 750D, 760D, 1200D , EOS M, EOS M2Content of the package: MX-G10 MKIIUniversal infrared remote shutter for Canon, Nikon, Sony, Pentax and Olympus cameraConnection cable x 2 USB cable (for PC, battery charge)StrapClip for camera strapInstruction manual (English)Quick Guide for Logger function
