I was very excited to receive this. I charged it when I got it and the lights just kept blinking ... charged it for the time it says on the instructions. It never charged or turned on.

so, ive been using this for a week, til the battery died and my packaging didnt come with a charger as it should. i ended up reaching out to their customer service and have been in touch with Lisea. They are so professional and apologetic for the packaging error and suggested purchasing a separate charging cable through Amazon. I am now able to recharge and reuse the product again! And the icing on the cake is they offered me a $20 credit refund! Thank you so much for going above and beyond, Lisea!! This product is truly great and it’s working!

I’d give 5 stars but it wouldn’t charge in Europe

The media could not be loaded. Going to be asking for a refund or replacement. Haven’t decided yet which, because I’d really like to give this thing a try, but the experience has led me to think that the unit won’t meet expectations.The video I uploaded is what happens when I try to charge the device. It also won’t turn on after “charging”.

For the price, I’m willing to add this to my spa collection. My friends and family love trying new things.
