Trial using jellies versus diet restriction - no loss of weight with it

I have made a trial using this jellies for more than 3 months. Using it with exercise, I have lost 990grs. If doing intermittent fasting, avoid all carbs, no sugar and eating one meal per day, during the intervals of fasting, without this item, I lost 2 kgs in 2 months. As soon as I stop the fasting or eat more than a meal (no carbs, no sugar), the weight creeps back. I have tried a month without the jellies and just follow the intermittent fasting and no carbs, no sugar. I lost weight again. These jellies do not help losing weight at all. It is just a treat and should only be bought for that purpose. I hope this trial may help someone to avoid spending money if it is bought with the purpose of losing weight.

Dangerous, be warned, please!!!

I’ve taken these for two weeks per the recommended dose. It hurts to eat/swallow, constant hiccups from acid reflux and constipated. The positive reviews are absolute bull. Please don’t listen to them. Shouldn’t be allowed.
