I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves a five star review ! Quality product easy to assemble, I think it took me 3 to 4 hours, but I did take my time and took some breaks. I thought the instructions were great. Couple of dents to the box, but it was packed so well there was no damage. Totally worth it! Looks amazing and great under TV, this one is 55”

Arrived in 2 boxes when we were expecting 1, but when we reached out to customer service in confusion, they responded quickly and professionally, providing the tracking number of the second box. Arrived SUPER fast, and in great condition. I will say, assembly is NOT for the faint of heart and takes at least 2 people. It requires at least 1 or 2 screw drivers, ideally a drill to make it go by faster. It will definitely test your relationship, lol!! Took us about 5 hours, so clear your afternoon, but it did go much quicker once we got our hands on a drill. Once we got it up, it was super sturdy and a good size. Function is great, I only turned the heater on once by accident for just a second, and it was heating up very fast. Smelled a little funny, but kind of like when you turn your heater on in the house for the winter for the first time. I imagine that would go away after a while of turning it on regularly! I will say, though, the LED strip lights are not accurate in the photo. The “warm” light was like neon yellow/green, and very not cute. We forewent it, because we just didn’t think it looked good, unless you want it to be like a rainbow color.

The media could not be loaded. The mantle is a 5/5 stars! Very sturdy and not too hard to put together. It took me and my husband about an hour (with a drill). The only issue we had with the install was there were no pre-drilled holes to install the actual fireplace insert. The fire insert is a very good heater! Blows a decent amount of air. I only have 2 complaints. The brick photo does not match the brick imprint which is a little funky. Also, the fire itself could look a little better.

Got here faster than expected, in two separate deliveries. Easy enough to build if you follow the steps accordingly. Sturdy and beautiful once you’re done

Overall, this fireplace is very nice! The directions were straightforward and easy to follow. The package came both at the same time which was nice. However, the delivery driver sucked.. I witnessed them from my camera, tossing packages around on the back of the truck like bags of potatoes. It wasn’t too heavy because I walked the package, shuffling it by myself from the garage to the living room and it took about 3 1/2 hours for me to put it together by myself. However, because I was in a rush, I used the drill and busted a hole in the bottom of the fireplace by over tightening the cam lock. So please ,please ,please use a handheld screwdriver. I am happy with my purchase. I do wish that the fireplace would make a crackling sound.

This is just perfect for my living room, is beautiful, the heater works perfectly and the colors of the flames are amazing! Looks like a real fireplace…I will buy it again and again and again! 💯 % recommend it.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!! Item comes in 2 packages one is very heavy and it is IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN!!!!!!!!!!! Cost me $400+ to mail back to the 3rd party which is more than the cost to purchase!!!!!!!

Wonderful option for an electric fireplace. It came in many pieces but do not let that stop you, it comes together wonderfully with patience! The heating element was shipped in a separate box with a separate tracking number. The customer support was very helpful on helping me know where my 2nd box was. The remote, timer and heat setting options are awesome! We use it in our living room den and it heats up the space perfectly. I love that you can use the “fire” setting without heat as well for ambience. I am so so happy with this!! 10/10 recommend!! Check out the cute photos as well.
