Delicious!
Really delicious and lovely tea! Comes well packaged with a little 'Thank you' sticker. So lovely. It's caffeine free too which is perfect for an evening cuppa. Can highly recommend.

Really impressed — strong brew, great value 🍵
picked these up to support my health from the inside out—mainly for the anti-inflammatory and detox benefits. I’d heard nettle could help with things like water retention, skin clarity, and general wellbeing, so I thought I’d give it a go. The bags come in a resealable pouch (always handy), and I was genuinely surprised by how strong the brew is. Not one of those weak herbal teas—this actually has a rich, earthy flavour with a slight bite to it that makes it feel like it’s doing something good for your body. I’ve been having one cup a day and already feel less sluggish and puffy. Definitely a great addition if you’re trying to reset or just take better care of yourself.

My experience when taking the bags
The taste is good however since I've been taking them I am experiencing bloating in my stomach I take one with Lukewarm water very morning I have stopped as I'm not sure of the benefits
