So good! I split half a package into a a 16oz container. It was a littley salty but still tasted like cotton candy. The next time I did a full pack and the saltiness was gone. Taste soooooooo goood!!!!! 10/10. The hydration is so good and it’s a great cost!

Excellent value for the money, easy to use, it smells sweet just like actual cotton candy, and it's so good and delicious. It's got great functionality because it's a packet to be mixed with a glass of water vs carrying a bulky bottle that can't even fit a cup holder. Great if you sweat a lot , maybe you've been sick, or your hiking and exploring either way you're going to need to replenish the electrolytes not just the water so why not do so with something that tastes good ?

I love liquid iv! I bought so many packs while breastfeeding! These are very hydrating! I only buy on amazon as I get the best prices! For what you're getting I think it's reasonably priced and you get what you pay for! These are super efficient at keeping you hydrated. I also use these now after breastfeeding when I'm not feeling well as they work wonders when you're sick! The individual packets are super convenient. I would keep these in my diaper bag or pump bag for on the go. Easy to tear and pour into a water bottle. It also doesn't have a strong smell and is pleasant. I love these for multiple reasons! Highly recommend having these on hand! These are great for anyone! This specific flavor isn't my favorite flavor but it is still a good option! They taste great!

I love cotton candy flavored things and these were true to taste. A little sweet, but overall yummy. Tastes like I’m drinking dessert without all the calories and sugar and with all the hydration! Nice for when you want a sweet treat, but want to stick to your health goals.

Loved!! They don't dissolve too easy you definitely gotta shake a stir for a lil to disperse all the powder. It tastes just like cotton candy love that its the pink and blue flavors! Great to drink before and after an intense work out or just a really hot day. It was packaged well and easy to open. It came with a good amount. I would use a half of one and have the rest for later in the day so they lasted for quite a while. Will buy again!!

This cotton candy liquid IV is the best liquid I’v we’ve had. We try to keep it in stock at our house. I suffer with headaches and tiredness when I don’t stay hydrated. One of these a day keeps those symptoms away. The best price is always on Amazon.
