Excellent Product.
Excellent product. Installed easily on Windows 7 laptop. Repaired an immobilised Ford Focus 2.0 TDCI (2010) in minutes after clearing the ECU faults after flat battery problem. Simple to use, FoCom manual pdf is easily available if you search on Google. Highly recommend if you have a pre-2011 Ford.

Rubbish, poor quality, drivers not recognised by win10, win8, win7 or xpWith a lot of mincing about you may get lucky and it will install, for around 5 mins, doesnt get recognised by the software (YOU HAVE TO SEARCH FOR THIS YOURSELF) the software disk is missing.

Fake!!! Doesn't work!
The product doesn't reflect it's description. It simply doesn't work and there is no support at all. Waste of time and money. Seller should be banned for ever.

1 star because can't select no stars.
Bought this item twice, first time software disc was broken, couldn't download software and returned for refund.Purchased a second unit which arrived all ok, however software is outdated requires driver to be updated but unable to find updated driver online.
