This belt is fantastic! The moment I put it on my sciatica ache was minimized and I felt stabilized. The size of the belt makes it easily wearable, invisible under clothes and is very comfortable. The placement is important…it should be worn below the waist…the bottom edge placed where the bend in your leg is. I found many you tubes on how to use it and the pros and cons. I love it and am ordering a second one to use when this one needs washing.

Only lower back support belt I buy now to relieve my sciatica pain, as it’s only one that fits exactly over area where I need it most and doesn’t ride up a lot like others I’ve bought. Don’t machine wash as it ruins the Velcro. The Velcro does hold tightly and will last a long time otherwise. Only complaint is I wish they had a middle size to choose from. S/M fits me okay, L/XL is HUGE, but a M/L would give me a little more leeway in between those sizes. Durable, comfortable material.

The suggestion in the description says to go to a larger belt if you are at the maximum point. I did that, but it was too large so I had to return it because it didn’t offer support. I did order the smaller size an it fits just right.

I first bought a back support belt but it didn't provide the support I needed. A found this belt at a good price and it works so well I got a second one. It stabilizes my my hips and has reduced my pain. After two weeks, my mobility has gotten better and now I have less pain.

I chose this belt because of its width (not too wide), & I liked its ability to Velcro tight & its lower price. It works fine. But what I don’t like I’ve found is the white stripes on the back vs all black as it’s so much more obvious & most importantly allllll the little black dots of rubber that this thing is leaving alllll over the house. Especially on the beige carpeting. At this rate there won’t be much left of this belt before I can stop wearing one. Will not repurchase.

VERY good support. It has made a huge difference, and lessened my pain significantly.

This belt is comfortable and doesn't ride up, but the velcro is pretty weak. I sometimes just get started with whatever I'm doing and have to stop to put the belt back on after it came loose and fell off. Admittedly, it's a cheap belt, so I'm not too surprised by this. If you aren't sure if an SI belt will help you, this is a good one to start with because it's inexpensive and will allow you to try it without making a major investment. Then you can get a better one if you want. I find the belt hot when working outdoors, but I suppose that's typical of anything that fits tightly around the body. The belt does help if you have SI issues. I just wish it stayed on a little better.Update: I've had this belt for three months, and I can no longer wear it. The velcro is totally shot, and the belt won't stay on at all. I see it's gone up considerably in price since I bought mine, too. For these reasons, I have reduced my review to 2 stars. Do yourself a favor and spend just a few dollars more and get a better one. I just bought one that has the double adjustable straps in the front over the initial closure strap. I could tell the difference as soon as I put it on. I can't speak to how long the new one will last, but it's got to be better than this one.

It's nice and thin - a slight mix between a true SI belt & a wider low back brace - closer to SI size (maybe 5-6in?), but helpful when you have both hip/pelvic pain and lumber pain. Stays in place VERY well, and doesn't get uncomfortable. I wear it just slightly higher than the very low placement of an SI belt (worn very low on pelvic/hip).I also love that it has the very fine hook and loop (velcro) that doesn't catch on everything like most other belts/velcro stuff!I'm SO pleased with this purchase that I actually spent the time to write a review (which I NEVER do!)
