Arrived the next day. Installation was quick and easy. Quality of the material is great. Lumbar and neck support works well on me. Seating cushion is fantastic and comfy. Arm rest works well as well. I only wish I can lock it halfway through when leaning cause it seems it only locks if all the way through. It seems comfy sitting on it after installing but I’ll see after few weeks if I dont get lower back ache anymore.

Very comfortable, well made and clear instructions. Isn't remarkably tall, but the headrest adjusts enough to fit a reasonably large range of people. The lumbar support is generous and comfortable, I have a chronic pain condition and leaning back in the chair or rocking in it are both very nice. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort on a budget

It's a solid chair, relatively easy to build (took me 40 minutes on my own) with clear instructions. One screw hole in the lumbar section is misaligned, so I was only able to fit one screw but that doesn't seem to be an issue as you lean back into it anyway and that holds it in place. The seat base is firm, but in a supportive, comfortable way. Good height adjustment. Haven't tried the reclining but even in it's most upright position, it's comfortable to sit in with the mesh having enough give that it doesn't dig in.Time will tell how the comfort lasts, but I'm quite happy at the moment and it's a definite improvement over my last chair, especially at the price point.

Had the chair for a few weeks now and I’m very impressed. As others have mentioned - it is very hard to beat at this price. Comfortable and well made. Assembly was very straightforward. Highly recommended.

Mechanism broken immediately after trying to set chair to desired position.Now it is locked in a very uncomfortable position and is unable to be changed. I have disassembled it tried then and then tried once reassembled too. Avoid

Great chair, sturdy and comfortable

The chair itself is comfy. I've managed to circumvent this issue by way of just trial and effort and eventually through enlarging the hole by screwing into bits of the plastic around the hole, but it still was a pain to do. Aside from that, everything in the chair is good.

Save your money it's not good. I can feel the netting stretch and not bounce back, also the seat is not comfortable. There also screw holes that the manual doesn't mention that need to bee screwed in, luckily they include spare screws but that is a clear fault.Not worth it's near £200 retail price or the discounted 120 I paid.
