Maybe the worst product I have ever purchased. To start with, the instructions were incomplete, and obviously written by someone who may speak English, but does not actually understand the construct of the language. There is a small part that allows you to hook a standard water hose to the sprayer and it is not described in the instructions at all, so you would have to figure out how to hook that up. Once I did and hooked the hose to it and turned on the water, water started spraying out of the nozzle without even pulling the trigger and there’s a small hole in the hose adapter and water continuously sprays from it. When I did pull the trigger with a battery installed, the pressure did not increase at all and would not have cleaned anything any better than a high pressure water hose nozzle. This thing is made from the cheapest and thinnest plastic You can’t imagine. I am returning it for a refund and I am asking you to please consider not wasting your time. I am positive. You are going to be dissatisfied and want to return it anyway. Awful! Anyone who gives this a five star review is most likely lying or it’s a bot.

The product did not operate as advertised. I charged both of the lithium battery packs and I used them both. The battery pac powered a stream of water whose maximum pressure was akin to using a regular water hose with two or three fingers pressed down over the outlet hole interrupting the water flow. And if that wasn't frustrating enough, the battery pac drained out after 15 minutes of use.In short, this product was not the powerful, military grade product it was advertised to be. I couldn't effectively connect it directly to the water hose with the included connector as each attempt ended up leaking like a seive. Perhaps if the direct connection worked, I might have achieved the desired power flow. Big disappointment and simply a crappy piece of plastic not worth the $70 I paid for it. Free would be too much. Don't waste your time or money

It did not work as stated, some of the parts are cheap, the carrying case was damaged and the sprayer leaked. I was very disappointed.

defect hole in the quick connect and water squirts everywhere...Trying to return No Luck Yet says up to 5 days before return label is sent to me did not take that long for them to take my payment

This item was completely undersized to the advertisement and pictures. It does not Connect to a garden hose well and a significantly lower quality than described. The pressure is pathetic and is no stranger than the hose pressure. My best bet is to get my money back and buy something of quality. Stay away from this one. It’s not near what they say it is.

Not much power with 12 volt battery and short hose kinks up.

Carrying case was damaged during shipping and this is not a quality well made product. Very cheap
