I ordered this on 11th Jan and it arrived 28th Jan. The seller website says you get 4 days notice of delivery but I got a text on Friday evening of a Saturday delivery, which meant I had to make room for the chair as my old sofa hadn't been removed. Having said that the two delivery guys were brilliant, my front door is slightly smaller than the average flat at 177cm wide so they had to take the leg off to get it through the door.The chair itself is great, really comfy and a nice large chair for one rather than 2. I love it 😀 Would recommend the seller and the product. I would recommend you measure your door as mine just made it !

The product itself is a nice chair but much too big for the space intended. We are trying to return the product and this is the second time we have waited in all day for it to be collected without success. This is extremely frustrating and there is no number to call. I am very disappointed with the service. What up do? This would put me off purchasing from this company again unfortunately. Please get in touch had collect your product

I bought the swivel chair in cream as the fabric matched my sofa (from Argos in stone). The colour match was very close, however the chair is very big. I love it, don't get me wrong, but the delivery guy had to take off the swivel AND my lounge door to get it in, even then it was a push. Now I feel like I have to live here forever as I'll never get it back out 🤣

My partner and I saw a bigger version of these cuddle chairs around a friend's house (could fit two of our butts in and cuddle up) and instantly we fell in love. I've had this one for nearly a month, and though this one can only seat one person at a time... it's SOOOOOO COMFY!! I hurt my back a week ago my back loves this chair. We're both debating on getting a second one, due to me hogging this one 😁

Chair arrived earlier than expected and is beautiful. Delivery guys carried it into the house & unpacked it. Great service!
